- No DUI,  No Felony, No moving violations in the last 12 months

- Must be clean cut and presentable to the customer

- Must be 22 years of age

- Paid loaded or empty(authorized only) including fuel surcharge

- Need current 2290, Registration if you have a plate, Title or Bill of Sale, Registration for trailer (if you have one).
